Information om utbetalning av prispengar
Mottagaren av prispengar är den individ eller organisation/företag som har registrerat sig för tävlingen.
DreamHack AB betalar EJ ut prispengar om inte vinnaren/na närvarar vid prisceremonin och tillhörande fotografering. Detta är icke förhandlingsbart.
Prispengarna utbetalas senast 90 dagar efter avslutat evenemang
Prispengar är endast undantaget från skatt om det vinnande laget är ett bolag eller ideell organisation som innehar F-Skatt sedel.
Är detta inte fallet anser Skatteverket att utbetalning av prispengar är att likställa med löneutbetalning. Därför kommer kontrolluppgift att upprättas samt att källskatt och sociala avgifter avdrages från prissumman om vinnaren icke är ett bolag eller ideell organisation som innehar F-Skatt sedel.
OBS: Tävlingspriserna måste begäras ut senast inom 30 dagar efter avslutat evenemang.
Faktureringsuppgifter: Fakturan skall ha 90 dagars betaltid från faktura datum.

Information Regarding Prize Money Payments
The recipient of the prize money is the individual person or company/association/non-profit organization that has registred for the tournament. DreamHack AB will NOT pay out any prize money if the winner/s is not present at the Prize Ceremony and connected photo-shoot. This is not negotiable.
Prize money will be paid within 90 days of the end of the event.
Prize money is only exempted from tax if the winning team is organized as a company/association/non-profit organization. Else the government will see the prize money as salary. DreamHack AB must therefore deduct both a general payroll tax and employment tax from the won prize amount, before the money is paid out to teams/players that are not part of such organizations.
NB: Competition prizes must be claimed within 30 days after the event.
Invoice info: The invoice shall have a due date 90 days from the time the invoice is sent.

Is the team/player not a part of a company, organization or association and a non-resident of Sweden?
If you are one of the winners of DreamHack's tournaments, and are a non-resident of Sweden, you have to download the application "Special income tax on non-residents".

Fill out the application and hand it to DreamHack Admin when you have won your tournament.
Note: this only applies if the player/ team is not members of a company/organization/association.
